We just returned from a fantastic trip to Disney World!  Weather was perfect, parks weren't crowded and we had the best time!

I came home to a lot of mail...Yay!  I have a lot of mail yet to answer...Yay!  If you are waiting on a letter or postcard from me, I hope you'll understand my delay in replying.

Whoop!  A Mountain Goat card!  Mountain goats are seldom seen since they prefer rugged rocky terrain above 2,000 metres (6,500 ft.).  Ideally suited for this harsh and unforgiving environment, these animals have a thick shaggy coat which has 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 in) long guard hairs with a 10 cm (4 in) inner layer of wool to keep them warm.  Their hooves, split, sharp-edged, flexible and rubbery, enable them to climb effortlessly along sheer rock faces even when covered with snow or ice.

Named after it's lion-like mane, the Lionhead, one of the newest recognized breeds, has taken the show and pet world by storm on both sides of the Atlantic.  It's believed to have originated in Belgium from a Swiss Fox crossed with a Belgian Dwarf.

Who hasn't heard of Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter?  England did a series of Harry Potter Stamps (sadly, without Harry) and luckily I received this great postcard from the series.  Arrived from England.


Every time I see a Inge Look Granny card, they make me happy.  So cute under the little table with their tea and snacks.  You will always see them laughing! Arrived from Finland.

2012 London Olympic Games-This card was actually sent to my daughter by Alan the Postcrossing Cat.  Alan is a therapy cat who works in clinics with autistic children & older people who are ill. His cards are to share with them.  Goes to show, you never how many ways good old fashioned mail will touch people. Arrived from England.
